As his estranged wife Brooke Mueller reportedly once again her frugality in rehab, Charlie Sheen will seek custody of his twin sons this week, Radar Online.com reports.
Mueller, 33, reportedly closed rehab again this weekend after a crazy week of bingeing, TMZ reported Sunday. Sheen's soon-to-be ex-wife refused initially to submit to a drug test Friday, which they need to take as part of a custody agreement with the former "two and a Half men" star.
And sources say that refusal was because of a reported cocaine bender that lasted the whole week, according to multiple reports. TMZ obtained video surveillance reportedly show Mueller tries to pawn jewelry for cash in California.
Now, Sheen's lawyer is said to be planning to inform Mueller lawyers Monday that the actor a judge to give him the boys while they will ask her treatment is completed.
Last month, Sheen's sons were removed from his L.A. mansion by Mueller and the LAPD after the actor's now-infamous series of interviews, where he launched a tirade against his former boss Chuck Lorre.
Sheen and Mueller the divorce is only a few weeks to be completed. The former couple's marriage began to unravel after a public arrest 2009 Sheen for a domestic violence incident in Aspen, CO.
